Experience : 3 - 5 Years
Permanent RemoteMandatory Skills:
Min 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or virtual recruiting with strong communication and follow-up skills.
Proficient in using CRM/ATS tools and managing candidate pipelines.
Able to handle end-to-end hiring tasks - screening, scheduling, and reporting.
Excellent English communication and professional phone presence.
Organized, proactive, and target-driven with attention to detail.
The position involves rotational shifts, which can start anytime between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, with a 10-hour work schedule.

Interview Coordination
Recruitment for Multiple Roles
Performance & Reporting
Track time-to-hire and identify bottlenecks in the process.
Recommend adjustments to job postings, outreach, or screening questions to
improve results
