What You’ll Do:
🔹 Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment
🔹 Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn & job portals
🔹 Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
🔹 Maintain a strong pipeline of skilled IT professionals
🔹 Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Knowledge of IT technologies — Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, Cybersecurity
✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
