What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience
- Experience working with Tier-1 vendors, Implementation Partners, or Direct clients
- Hands-on experience working with job portals like Dice and Monster
- Strong experience playing with the search strings
- Must have solid technical background or a strong understanding of IT skill sets
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle
- Familiarity with US geography and Visa types
- Strong communication skills
