We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple domains (IT, Non-IT, and niche roles). The ideal candidate should be strong at sourcing, screening, coordinating, and managing job postings on different platforms. This is a performance-driven role with dynamic requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Post jobs across platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal channels, etc.).
Source and screen candidates using job portals, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct preliminary telephonic/video screening to assess candidates’ fit.
Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update trackers regularly.
Manage negotiations, salary discussions, and offer closures where required.
Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
Strong sourcing and screening skills across IT & Non-IT roles.
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
