What you'll do:
• Bulk hiring for Sales, Field & Customer Service roles
• Source candidates through Job Hai, WorkIndia, Apna.com & social channels
• Screen, schedule interviews & meet weekly hiring targets
What we need:
• 1–3 years of bulk hiring experience
• Experience in Banking/Insurance/Retail hiring
• Strong sourcing skills (Job Hai, WorkIndia, Apna.com)
• Excellent communication & remote working discipline
