✅ Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening & hiring for US markets
Familiar with job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment for US clients
