We’re Hiring: Recruiter (IT & Non-IT | Domestic Market | Remote)
We are looking for a passionate Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in Indian domestic hiring.
What we need:• Strong experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment (Domestic market only)
• US IT recruiters – please do NOT apply
• End-to-end hiring: sourcing → screening → coordination → closures
• Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals & databases
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple roles
• Excellent communication in Hindi & English
• Remote working capability with strong discipline & follow-ups
• Maintain trackers, pipelines, and ensure timely closures
• Immediate joiners preferred (can start today/tomorrow)
• Graduation required
