We’re Hiring: US IT Recruiter for 100% remote
DGN Technologies is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter for 100% remote to join our growing team.
✅ Interview Process: 2 Rounds of interviews. Second round: In-Person meeting in Delhi on 13th & 14th Dec.
✅ Experience: 1–5 years in US IT Recruitment
✅ Prior experience working with Implementation Partners / System Integrator clients is a must
✅ Proven experience in Engineering/ Medical Devices Non-IT roles is preferred.
✅ Strong knowledge of the US IT Staffing process, sourcing, and recruitment lifecycle.
✅ Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the Job description of the client through various strategies/channels such as DICE, Monster, and Corp-to-Corp.
✅ Know various taxation policies relating to C2C, W2, 1099, etc.
✅ Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
