Role Details:
📍 Location: Remote (India)
⏰ Work Hours: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST
📄 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Must Have:
· 3–8 years in BFSI US IT/Functional Recruitment.
· Proven end-to-end recruitment for full-time positions (with Direct BFSI Clients)
· Full-time recruitment experience (not just contract staffing)
· Excellent communication skills with stakeholders & candidates
