Looking for a skilled Executive Recruiter with 5–8 years of experience in headhunting for mid–senior level roles, preferably within the EdTech or consultancy domain.

Role Highlights:
• End-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions
• Active sourcing using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, HR Navigator
• Cold outreach, passive candidate engagement & networking
• Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
• Managing pipelines while working independently in a remote setup

What We Need:
• Strong sourcing & headhunting expertise
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple roles under timelines
• Experience in remote hiring environments
• Immediate joiner preferred
