We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking for an energetic Domestic Recruiter to support our internal hiring across India.
Responsibilities:
🔹 End-to-end recruitment for internal positions
🔹 Sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals & references
🔹 Screening, shortlisting & coordinating interviews with hiring managers
🔹 Salary negotiation, offer rollout & onboarding support
🔹 Building and maintaining a talent pipeline
Requirements:
✔ Experience in domestic recruitment / India-market hiring
✔ Familiarity with multiple portals & sourcing strategies
✔ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to handle multiple positions & work in fast-paced hiring cycles
