Day shift (9am-6pm)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment(TCS hiring).
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring for positions like SAP consultants, Cloud Architects, Full Stack Developers, Data Engineers, etc.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines .
