✅ Negotiate rates & ensure compliance across hiring types (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, GC)

🔹 What We’re Looking For
💼 Proven US IT recruitment experience
🎯 Strong focus on passive sourcing & niche skill hiring
📊 Familiarity with Government / State client hiring is a big plus
🗂 Experience with ATS, job portals & emerging tech skills (Cloud, Cybersecurity, SAP, Fullstack)
🤝 Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
