What You’ll Do:🔹 Manage full-cycle IT recruitment (perm, contract & project-based)
🔹 Partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs
🔹 Source top talent via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals & more
🔹 Drive seamless interview & offer processes
🔹 Build a strong pipeline for niche tech skills
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3–6 years of proven IT hiring experience (agency or corporate)
✅ Strong knowledge of tech stacks — Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, etc.
✅ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
✅ Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter / ATS tools
Good to Have:
☁️ Experience hiring for cloud, data science, or Middle East markets
