🚀 About the Role
We are seeking an HR Recruiter to support our hiring activities across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sourcing candidates via job portals and should be eager to learn and grow in a high-performance recruitment environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔍 Experience in sourcing candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
📑 Screen resumes and assess candidate fit as per job requirements
☎️ Conduct initial candidate interactions and share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers
🗂 Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups
🤝 Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
🎯 Must-Have Skills
✅ 6 months-1year of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
✅ Strong knowledge of sourcing via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
✅ Good communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
✅ Self-motivated and eager to learn in a remote work environment
