✅ Proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment — sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates
✅ Strong exposure to hiring across niche IT skill sets – Frontend, Backend, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and more
✅ Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for smart screening and candidate evaluation
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Self-driven and able to deliver effectively in a remote work environment
