We are looking for dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiters / Senior Recruiters with hands-on expertise in recruiting for Telecom Industry roles. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of telecom technologies,Specially in IT.
💼 Responsibilities
Source, screen, and qualify telecom-focused IT candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases
Work on Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, 1099, and full-time hiring
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for US markets
Manage client requirements and deliver high-quality profiles within deadlines
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for telecom skill sets
🎯 Required Skills
3–8 years of US IT recruiting experience
Strong knowledge of US Visa types, work authorizations, and hiring practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience working in fast-paced staffing environments
Experience with VMS systems and MSP clients
Prior experience working with direct telecom clients
