Key Responsibilities:
Expert in sourcing, screening, and validating candidates for SAP, Salesforce, and other niche technology roles.
Strong hands-on experience in research and sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements independently.
Ideal Candidate:
✔ Proven track record in sourcing niche and hard-to-find IT talent.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
If you have solid experience in sourcing, screening, and validating SAP, Salesforce, and niche IT profiles, this role is for you.
