Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in W2 recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and engaging top talent, and building long-term relationships with candidates and clients. This is a remote position that requires working in PST hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contract, full-time, and W2-based technical roles.
Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referral networks.
Screen, interview, and qualify candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
Build relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
Stay updated with market trends, compensation data, and competitor hiring practices.
Ensure compliance with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring regulations as applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience recruiting on W2 positions for US-based clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions in a remote setting aligned with PST hours.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
