We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, with a strong focus on C2H (Contract to Hire) profiles.

📍 Location: Remote
 💰 Salary: ₹1.5 to ₹3.6 LPA
 ⏰ Joining: Immediate or Short Notice Joiners Only

❗ Note: Profiles with only HR Executive/Generalist experience will not be considered for this role.

🔹 Key Requirements:

1. Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
2. Hands-on expertise in handling C2H mandates
3. Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
4. Excellent communication & coordination skills
