What You’ll Do:
✔️ Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse Non-IT roles
✔️ Partner with hiring managers across various industries
✔️ Source, screen, and present top-tier candidates
✔️ Drive proactive talent strategies to meet deadlines
✔️ Ensure a stellar candidate experience throughout the process
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 6+ years of proven experience recruiting for Non-IT roles
✅ Hands-on expertise with multiple Non-IT domains (Retail, FMCG, Healthcare, Construction, BFSI, etc.)
✅ Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to handle multiple positions with tight deadlines
