 We are seeking a results-driven Female Technical Recruiter with experience in contract and permanent hiring across the IT domain. The ideal candidate must be able to understand complex technical requirements and deliver quality candidates for niche roles across technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for mid to senior-level IT roles (permanent & contract)
Use portals, databases, social media, and headhunting techniques for sourcing
Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage the full recruitment cycle
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures
Work on niche requirements with a consultative approach
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in an HR consultancy setup
Proven track record of successfully closing both contract and permanent roles
Strong understanding of technical skillsets (e.g. Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.)
Excellent sourcing techniques using Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, and internal databases
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Good to have experience:
Experience in client-facing roles or handling end-to-end recruitment mandates
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools
