Are you a skilled IT Recruiter with a knack for sourcing top tech talent across both Mexico and the U.S.? We’re looking for a motivated recruiter to join our team and help us find the best in IT — from developers to DevOps, cloud engineers to cybersecurity pros.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for Mexico & US IT roles
✅ Source top talent via job boards, social media, and networking
✅ Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure a top-tier candidate experience
✅ Collaborate with hiring managers and leverage Workday ATS for tracking and reporting
✅ Stay informed on IT market trends and hiring best practices
🎯 Who You Are:
Experienced IT recruiter with exposure to US & LATAM tech hiring
Proficient with ATS platforms like Workday
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven and highly organized
English and Spanish fluency a strong plus
💼 This is a remote position—but you must be based in Mexico.
