Role:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level non-IT roles
- Build strong talent pipelines using modern sourcing tools
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–6 years of experience in non-IT hiring
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setup
