Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Experience in end to end recruitment, recruitment life cycle, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
2. Grab the client requirements and submit the profiles to get the shortlisted profiles for the interviews.
3. Must have good communication skills
4. Experience in sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, networking, other creative sourcing strategies .
5.Maintain and update applicant tracking system.
