Job Profile-
Sourcing and engaging top talent using advanced search techniques and tools
Managing the full recruitment cycle: sourcing ➡️ screening ➡️ interviewing ➡️ offer negotiation
✅ What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in agency or in-house recruitment (experience in life sciences/manufacturing/Robotic/ Manufacturing preferred) however recruiters with a strong recruitment track record of hiring for Technical/engineering/ Healthcare industries can also apply
Proven success in mid to senior-level placements
Strong sourcing skills and a consultative approach
Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working 100% remotely
