We’re Hiring – Power Apps/Power BI Developers | Full Time (Remote Work Opportunity)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
– Design and develop dynamic dashboards, KPI scorecards, and automated reports using Power BI
– Build business applications in Power Apps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
– Integrate and model data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights
– Ensure data security through row-level security and robust application security models
– Utilize TSQL, Power Query, MDX, and DAX for data extraction, transformation, and modeling
– Continuously enhance and optimize BI systems and Power Apps for evolving business needs
– Document data models, reporting systems, and application logic clearly and effectively

🎯 Required Skills & Experience:
– 4+ years of experience in Power BI and Power Apps development
– Proficiency in SQL Server, TSQL, Power Query, MDX, and DAX
– Strong understanding of relational databases, OLTP/OLAP, and data modeling
– Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions

✨ Nice to Have:
– Experience in the Supply Chain domain or similar data-intensive industries
– Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks
– Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or integration with Microsoft ecosystem
– Certifications in Power Platform or related Microsoft technologies
