What you'll do:

Find & Attract Candidates: 🔎 Use various tools and platforms to source and engage with top technical professionals. 🤝
Screen & Interview: 📞 Conduct initial calls and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. ✅
Work with Hiring Managers: 🧑‍💻 Partner closely with our engineering and tech leads to understand their needs and fill open roles fast! 🚀
Manage the Hiring Process: 📝 Guide candidates through interviews, handle offers, and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience. ✨
Build Relationships: 🌐 Network with tech professionals and build a strong pipeline of potential candidates. ➡️

What we're looking for:

Experience: 3+ years as a Technical Recruiter. 🎯
Tech Savvy: A solid understanding of common programming languages, software development lifecycles, and IT roles. 🧠
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 💬✍️
Location: Ability to work onsite at our Hyderabad office. 🏢
Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and a pro at managing multiple priorities. ⏱️
Bonus: Previous experience with SAP requirements is a big plus! 🌟
