**Responsibilities:**
- Full-cycle Recruitment – Identifying, engaging, and placing top IT professionals.
- Extensive Outreach – Engaging through calls, messages, and responses.
- Relationship Building – Establishing genuine connections with candidates and clients.
- Diverse Sourcing – Utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and more.
- Goal-oriented – Monitoring, evaluating, and exceeding performance metrics.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience as an IT Recruiter in the US, UK, or Australian markets or similar roles.
- Profound knowledge of IT positions, technologies, and industry trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
