Experience: 6–8 years of core IT recruitment in the US staffing industry
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university (tech/engineering background preferred)
Skills & Traits:
Outstanding communication skills
Strong command over sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc.)
Tech-savvy, hands-on, and results-driven
Ability to manage end-to-end IT hiring across departments and functions

Act as a strategic partner to delivery and leadership teams
