Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in technical recruiting and U.S. staffing practices. This remote position requires strong knowledge of IT domains, resume optimization, and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to market them for contract and full-time IT opportunities.
* Review, tailor, and enhance resumes to align with client job requirements, incorporating relevant keywords and technical terminology.
* Proactively source jobs via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and established vendor/client relationships.
* Handle the complete submission cycle—identify roles, submit candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage feedback.
* Build and maintain a strong vendor/client network and a pipeline of qualified consultants.
* Track and report daily/weekly metrics on submissions, interviews, and placements.
