We are a specialized recruitment/ search firm laser-focused on mid to senior-level hiring across the healthcare, medical device, and life sciences sectors. With clients ranging from innovative startups to global enterprises, we bring precision, integrity, and agility to every search.
Job Profile-
Partnering with clients to understand complex hiring needs in highly regulated industries
Sourcing and engaging top talent using advanced search techniques and tools
Managing the full recruitment cycle: sourcing ➡️ screening ➡️ interviewing ➡️ offer negotiation
Providing consultative insights to both clients and candidates
Building and nurturing long-term industry relationships
✅ What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in agency or in-house recruitment (experience in life sciences/healthcare/medtech preferred) however recruiters with a strong recruitment track record of hiring for Technical/engineering/ manufacturing industries can also apply
Proven success in mid to senior-level placements
Strong sourcing skills and a consultative approach
Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working 100% remotely
