US IT Recruiter (Location: Remote WFH full-time opportunity)

💡 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Must source New Requirements and have existing contacts with Clients & Vendors in getting C2C requirements and make placements.
✅ Responsible for sourcing candidates on C2C & 1099 basis only.
✅ Coordinate the interviews and calls between Clients and Consultants.
✅ Follow up with the Clients / Vendor Managers on the requirements and submit the right profiles to get the placement confirmations and achieve monthly targets.
✅ Maintaining a database on various skill sets.

🎓Qualification: any Graduate, preferably in IT, Computer Science \ BE, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, etc.
🤹Skills required: US IT Staffing, Sourcing, Headhunting, Internet research, LinkedIn, Rate negotiations, Computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook.

💰 Compensation:
Commercials Basic pay+ performance-based pay and incentives based on meeting revenue goals.
