Urgent hiring for Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter on immediate basis | Remote
This is Konika from RCS. We are looking for Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter on Immediate basis.
Location: RemoteExperience: 3-4 yrs experience
Target: Minimum 1 closure per month
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market consultants actively to vendors and direct clients.
2. Establish and manage vendor relationships.
3. Negotiate rates and manage interview schedules.
4. Maintain detailed records of submissions and closures.
Mandatory Skills:
1. Strong experience in US IT Bench Sales.
2. Good knowledge of visa types (H1B, CPT, OPT, GC, etc.).
3. Familiar with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
4. Proficient in using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.).
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Proven ability to meet placement targets.
