We’re expanding our team and looking for a passionate and driven US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled in sourcing top tech talent across the US, we’d love to hear from you!
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment (contract & full-time roles)
Source candidates via job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn)
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Negotiate rates and close candidates effectively
Manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment pipelines
✅ Skill Requirements:
Proven experience in US IT staffing (minimum 2 years)
Strong understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)
Familiarity with technologies across domains (Java, .Net, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with VMS and direct clients is a plus
This a Contract based job and will be on kenning's payroll.
