Are you an expert in spotting top talent in the Embedded Systems, VLSI, and Semiconductor space? We’re looking for a Remote Technical Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced tech hiring and understands the pulse of deep tech talent.
🔧 Your Role:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across Embedded Systems, ASIC, SoC, Firmware, Hardware Design, and related domains.
Partner with hiring managers and engineering teams to shape job requirements and attract the best.
Build and manage pipelines for niche engineering roles using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, etc.
Deliver a top-notch candidate experience and maintain high hiring standards.
🧠 What You Bring:
3–6 years of experience in technical recruitment focused on Embedded/ Semiconductor/ EDA or core engineering roles.
Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and the ability to manage stakeholders remotely.
Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
