What You’ll Do:
🔹 Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for IT roles
🔹 Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
🔹 Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements
🔹 Use tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards effectively
🔹 Ensure a great candidate experience from start to finish
Requirements:
✅ 2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment
✅ Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring tools
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
✅ Immediate availability to join
