Preferred candidate profile:-
-Responsible for IT recruitment for Domestic and Overseas hiring.
Responsible for PERM/ C2H
-Experience in end-to-end recruitment initiates from sourcing to on-boarding of candidates.
-Requirements gathering & strategizing.
-Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and requirements.
-Target oriented.
-Excellent communication and good negotiation skills.
Work Schedule:
- 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
- Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
