We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team remotely. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end hiring across various roles and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
3+ years of recruitment experience
Strong Boolean search skills for sourcing candidates
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
Good communication and stakeholder management
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Nice to Have:
Experience hiring for tech/startup roles
Familiarity with ATS tools
