We're Hiring | Non-IT Recruiter with US IT Staffing Experience | Remote
📍 Location: Remote (Hyderabad)
🕑 Experience: 2–5 years
We’re looking for a Non-IT Recruiter who has prior exposure to US IT Staffing processes and is ready to pivot into hiring across diverse domains (non-technical, functional, corporate roles, etc.).
🔹 Key Requirements:
Prior experience in US staffing (technical or non-technical)
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Good to Have:
Experience working with VMS tools
Knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn, Dice, etc.
