Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
• Use job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.) and social media platforms to source relevant candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and understand the job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates to evaluate suitability.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles.
• Update and manage candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
• Provide timely follow-ups and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
