🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for diverse clients across India
Source candidates from job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases & references
Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, experience, and notice period
Coordinate client interviews and gather feedback
Negotiate offers and follow up until joining
Maintain tracker reports and client updates regularly
Build and manage a strong IT talent pipeline
✅ Ideal Candidate:
1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably in a recruitment/staffing firm)
Strong knowledge of IT skills/technologies (Java, .Net, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools & job portals
Excellent communication, negotiation & multitasking skills
Must have own laptop/desktop & stable internet
Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to work independently
