Experience: 3 months to 8 years
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities :
End-to-End Recruitment (IT Recruitment background)
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during recruitment processes.
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of IT recruitment, technical recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.
Proficient in using LinkedIn and other job boards for sourcing candidates.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Excellent leadership skills to manage a team of recruiters effectively.
