🔹 Role: BPO Lateral Hiring Recruiter
🔹 Work Mode: 100% Remote
🔹 Experience: Minimum 2 years in BPO Recruitment
🔹 Salary: Up to ₹20,000 + Attractive Incentives
🔹 Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
🔹 Location: Remote

📌 What we need:
✔ Strong understanding of BPO requirements (voice, non-voice, blended, etc.)
✔ Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing BPO roles
✔ Good communication & coordination skills
