Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for domestic IT positions across various domains.
Understanding job requirements and creating effective job descriptions.
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
Screening resumes and conducting initial rounds of interviews.
Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Following up with candidates and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Maintaining recruitment reports and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment (Domestic).
Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology.
Proficient in using recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
