🕒 Type: Full-TimeAre you a Technical Recruiter with experience supporting state government projects? We're looking for someone who understands the nuances of public sector hiring and knows how to find top-tier IT talent for roles with various state and local agencies.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
Recruit technical talent (Dev, QA, PM, BA, etc.) for state government contracts
Work with VMS/MSP platforms and state portals (like CA DGS, TX DIR, etc.)
Handle full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordination, offers
Build solid pipelines and submit qualified candidates within tight deadlines
Ensure compliance with onboarding and background checks per state guidelines
✅ What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of technical recruiting experience
1+ year working with state government clients
Strong experience using job boards (Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.)
Familiarity with ATS (CEIPAL, Bullhorn, JobDiva, etc.)
Great communication & stakeholder management skills
