🔍 Job Roles:
🔹 Bench Sales Recruiters
Market consultants on various job portals and networks (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop relationships with vendors and clients
Negotiate rates and ensure placements
Strong understanding of visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.)
🔹 Technical Recruiters
Source, screen, and place candidates for IT requirements
Work closely with Account Managers to understand job requirements
Utilize Boolean search, job portals, and internal database effectively
Strong ability to assess candidates’ technical and communication skills
