🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling & onboarding)
✅ Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
✅ Post jobs, manage applicant databases, and ensure timely follow-ups
✅ Deliver an excellent candidate experience
✅ Track and report on recruitment metrics and progress
💡 What We’re Looking For:
MBA in Human Resources
6 months to 3 year of relevant recruitment experience
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in using job portals and recruiting tools
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
