We are a fast-growing recruitment consultancy specializing in US staffing and are currently looking to onboard a Freelance US Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for IT and Non-IT positions across the US.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipeline, and close positions within defined timelines.
Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in US recruitment (IT and/or Non-IT).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Access to job portals is a plus (not mandatory).
