Are you an experienced US IT Recruitment Leader who has personally handled direct client relationships, worked on requirements end-to-end, and submitted profiles yourself?
We’re looking for a hands-on leader — not just a sourcing recruiter — who can kickstart our US IT Recruitment division, drive performance, and build a high-performing team from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
✅ Manage and grow direct client accounts and ensure high-quality delivery.
✅ Personally source, recruit, and submit top-quality IT consultants (W2/C2C).
✅ Drive business growth through client acquisition and relationship management.
✅ Establish processes, reporting, and KPIs for the recruitment team.
✅ Build, mentor, and lead a team of US IT Recruiters over time.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Consulting.
Proven record managing direct client or prime vendor relationships.
Expertise in W2 and C2C hiring.
Strong understanding of US market trends, tax terms, and hiring processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must be Hyderabad-based (remote role).
